When you login to your CWP panel and try accessing roundcube webmail, you may encounter an error of Connection to storage server failed.
Updating the CWP hostname will assist to resolve the error connection to storage server failed. This action re-enables the CWP ssl services that may interfere with roundcube access.
To quickly resolve this error, follow the steps below.
2. Look for Change Hostname.
3. Click on Change hostname.
Note: You need not enter a new hostname. Still use the existing one and click change hostname.
Then try to access roundcube and the error should be resolved.
