  1. Change the Cpanel Theme to lantern_paper
  2. Scroll down to software section
  3. Click the Multiphp ini Editor
  4. Select the Basic mode
  5. On the dropdown, select the home directory
  6. Scroll down to the last item, upload_max_filesize and change to the one want.
  7. Enjoy your uploads
